The payment should be executed by delivery at the latest.

Delivery

Pick-up location to be agreed with you.

Shipment guaranteed 2 weeks from order confirmation*.

Freight costs (if necessary) will be charged separately.

*Unless prevented on the grounds of force majeure/holiday seasons, in which case we will inform you or the order revised accordingly).

Lifetime crash replacement warranty (where damaged parts will be replaced at cost plus labor price).

Cancellations

We will start producing your poles right after order confirmation, making it impossible for us to accept cancellations past this time.

Returns & Refund

Les Batons are tailor-made to your complexion and built as per the specifications agreed with you. Hence, returns and refunds won't be possible after delivery. In case of a defect, repairs/replacements will be taken charge of by our warranty program.
